  • Ensures timely and accurate delivery of account opening functions.
  • Manages account maintenance processing and service related activities.

  • Conducts risk assessment when making business decisions.
  • Embarks on continuous training for end-to-end product knowledge.
  • Monitors customer satisfaction and drives process changes.
  • Provides innovative solutions to clients.
  • Proficient in handling urgent cases and managing expectations.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in Documentation review and Account Maintenance.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a structured, high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Education: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
