Overview

As a CCB Client Onboarding Analyst at Citi, you will be at the heart of a global financial institution, responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

In Short

• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders for account opening processes.
• Manage a portfolio of client onboarding projects.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of account opening functions.
• Act as the single point of contact for clients.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Banking Operations or KYC.
• Proficient in English and Hungarian.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented and motivated to learn.
• Experience with Cash Management products is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
