Overview

The Business Planning Manager is responsible for leading a team to provide operations support services, ensuring quality and efficiency in alignment with Citi's objectives.

In Short

• Lead the Operations Support department and manage team performance.
• Conduct evaluations, hiring, and staffing for team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to retail accounts.
• Develop new techniques and models within the area of expertise.
• Facilitate alignment of Operations Support infrastructure.
• Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis and knowledge.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrate independence of judgment and autonomy.
• Manage risks in business decisions effectively.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in team management.
• Experience in business analysis and developing test plans.
• Required Licensing: Series 7, 9, 10, and 63.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage deadlines.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in FP&A or Controllership.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
