Overview

The Regulatory Reporting role is an intermediate level position within the Controllers Organization that supports the preparation, analysis, and submission of regulatory reports to various constituencies.

• Support production and submission of regulatory filings to U.S. regulators.
• Monitor and manage key metrics associated with reports.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Drive process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.

• Implement U.S. regulatory changes within the reporting framework.
• Maintain an effective internal control structure.
• 6-8+ years of experience in financial services and regulatory reporting required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

• Intermediate knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports.
• Exposure to Basel III capital regulations and stress testing frameworks.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
