Backend Developer (Python, PySpark) - Remote

Overview

The Backend Developer is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in programming of software applications.
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• Proficiency in Python or Scala.
• Strong expertise in data processing frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in SQL and database technologies.
• Familiarity with containerization tools.
• Good to have skills in distributed caching solutions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
