The MCA Quality Assurance team is essential for ensuring the integrity and reliability of the Manager Control Assessment program across the enterprise. This role focuses on driving quality assurance to provide management with accurate and timely insights.

• Part of the MCA Quality Assurance team within Central Controls.
• Responsible for executing quality assurance reviews.
• Challenge and validate MCA policies and practices.
• Identify operational weaknesses and recommend improvements.
• Provide support in drafting QA review scripts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Risk and Control.
• Strong ethical judgment and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office.
