Affordable Housing Underwriter - Remote

Overview

The Affordable Housing Underwriter is responsible for underwriting requests for credit extensions and performing detailed financial analyses to assess risks and ensure compliance with loan agreements.

In Short

• Assist in underwriting credit requests for new and existing clients.
• Perform detailed financial analysis including trend and ratio analysis.
• Conduct collateral analysis on various assets.
• Prepare reviews of existing borrowers to track compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Advanced analytical skills with financial statements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
