Overview

The Senior Lender, Affordable Housing position is responsible for managing borrower relationships and underwriting loans for affordable rental housing in the Midwest.

• Manage borrower relationships and underwriting loans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in affordable housing lending.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing financing structures.
