In Short

• Work as a design engineer and front-end prototyper.
• Pair 1:1 with product designers to create prototypes quickly.
• Convert Figma mockups into live, clickable prototypes.
• Utilize AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
• Build high-fidelity, functional implementations.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams.
• Manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Participate in critique loops for rapid iteration.
• Ensure design intent matches implementation through iteration.
• Engage in async reviews and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web interface development.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind.
• Strong understanding of design and engineering collaboration.
• Experience with AI coding tools for front-end development.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work asynchronously and in real-time.
• High attention to detail in design fidelity.
• Experience with Git workflows and preview deployments.
• Comfortable navigating complex Figma files.
• Strong visual/design background is a plus.
