Requirements

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions like Sales and Operations.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• A data-driven mindset with a knack for recruiting reports.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is a plus.
