In Short

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and outbound prospecting.
  • Engage prospects worldwide via email, phone, and video.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from qualification to close.
  • Become an expert with lead generation tools.
  • Qualify prospects and nurture them prior to meetings.
  • Schedule discovery calls for the Customer Success Team.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach using a sales development platform.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives.
  • Conduct thorough research to build monthly call lists.
  • Close sales by educating prospects on product value.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role.
  • 0–1 years of telemarketing experience, preferably in IT Enterprise Software.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Drive, grit, and team-orientation.
  • High integrity and perseverance.
  • A coachable, goal-oriented mindset.
