Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our HR consulting firm. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of HR solutions, and providing strategic advice to improve client organizational performance.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Japanese and English.
• Experience in HR consulting or account management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
