In Short

• Lead the design and execution of high-impact projects and partnerships.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable program models.
• Manage partnerships with orchestras, conservatories, and youth-serving organizations.
• Support the growth of Equity Arc's virtual network.
• Ensure smooth transition of new initiatives into full program implementation.
• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to communications and storytelling efforts.
• Manage initiative-specific budgets and ensure compliance with funder expectations.
• Support planning and execution of convenings and stakeholder gatherings.
• Document pilot results and synthesize insights for long-term implementation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in program development or strategic project leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and community platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the classical music field and equity-focused initiatives.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple timelines.
