Overview

The Vice President, National Accounts will support CIM’s fundraising campaigns across its platform of real estate, infrastructure and debt offerings, focusing on larger client platforms and Regional Broker Dealers.

In Short

  • Lead fundraising campaigns for real estate and infrastructure offerings.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Manage relationships with broker-dealer partners.
  • Conduct regular travel to broker-dealer offices.
  • Deliver periodic reviews and updates to clients.
  • Attend industry conferences and identify sales opportunities.
  • Educate financial advisors on CIM Group products.
  • Share best practices to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge of marketing campaigns and product positioning.
  • Foster new and existing relationships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in relationship and product management.
  • Experience in commercial real estate or financial services is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and pricing skills.
  • Extensive travel (70%) required.
  • Experience with financial advisors and broker/dealers.
  • Active FINRA Licenses (Series 7, 63).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Sales Force.
