The Senior Talent Consultant provides strategic talent sourcing solutions to Cielo’s sourcing teams and hiring teams in client organizations. They collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to understand business objectives and hiring plans, and they design comprehensive talent attraction strategies.

• Work Location: Hungary or Germany
• Work Setup: hybrid - 2 times/month in our office in Budapest or remote if based in Germany

• Fluent German and English required
• Strong experience sourcing for various niche roles is a must

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting
• Extensive specialized sourcing experience
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to think strategically
• Effective project management skills
• Familiarity with labour laws and data privacy requirements
• Adaptability to changing business needs
