Overview

The Preboarding Specialist is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. This role involves managing candidate orders and ensuring compliance with partner requirements.

• Support the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities.
• Work remotely from Manila, Philippines.
• Track and manage candidate orders.
• Review compliance of candidate applications.
• Conduct welcome calls and emails to candidates.
• Monitor onboarding tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Provide excellent service to candidates and clients.
• Assist in auditing candidate orders and procedures.
• Respond quickly to inquiries from candidates and clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a business or office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM.
