We are looking for a Mid-level Java Developer to work with CI&T on a benefits market project, ensuring a great user experience and helping to elevate process maturity.

• Work with CI&T on a client project in the benefits market.
• Ensure excellent application experience for end-users.
• Help the team and client improve process maturity.
• Develop using Java with Spring Boot.
• Create unit tests and engage in code reviews.
• Write clean, simple, and maintainable code.
• Work with Oracle and Mongo databases.
• Understand SCRUM and KANBAN methodologies.
• Experience in microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Java development.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with unit testing practices.
• Ability to write clean code.
• Experience with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with SCRUM and KANBAN methodologies.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of legacy Java technologies (Servlets, JSP, JAX-WS/JAX-RS).
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with tools like OCP, VSTS, pipelines, lambdas, sonar, and Docker.
