The Vice President Client Services is the Agency’s chief marketing officer in a region, focusing on customer retention and growth through effective risk management and insurance solutions.

• Remote position with 70% estimated travel in the Western region.
• Primary contact for customers with complex insurance needs.
• Develop and implement strategies for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct presentations on risk management and insurance issues.
• Manage and mentor Field Assistants in client support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Extensive travel required to meet clients and attend events.
• Professional insurance designation preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles in insurance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Requirements

• Professional insurance or risk management designation(s) preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Strong customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in commercial lines Property & Casualty insurance.
• Ability to develop creative solutions for clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams.
• Familiarity with the Episcopal Church is a plus.
