Overview

This position involves servicing client accounts in the Property Casualty insurance sector, assisting with policy coverage, conducting renewals, and maintaining high levels of client trust and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Process applications, policies, and endorsements for clients.
  • Assist clients with policy coverage and related questions.
  • Conduct renewal processes and negotiate premiums.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for clients.
  • Maintain client files and provide administrative support.
  • Establish and maintain trust with clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Work with the Sales Team on marketing strategies.
  • Manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay informed about industry developments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required; college degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in a brokerage or carrier.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • California Fire and Casualty Broker License required.
  • Valid Driver License.
