As a trusted advisor, the Director HR Business Partner will build strong relationships with leaders and employees, balancing hands-on HR support with strategic talent initiatives to drive business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner.
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• Human Resources Certification preferred (i.e. SHRM, HRCI).
• Strong communication skills and judgment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Project management experience.
• Client service-focused mindset.
• Ability to influence at all levels.
• Adaptable and proactive with a continuous improvement orientation.
