Senior FP&A Controller - Remote

Overview

As a Senior FP&A Controller, you will be part of the controlling team at Chrono24, actively shaping the financial management of the company. You will translate operational developments into financial impacts, develop scalable FP&A processes, and support the management board in data-driven decision-making.

In Short

• Translate operational KPI developments into P&L, EBITDA, and cash impacts.
• Drive budget, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes.
• Create transparency over OPEX, payment costs, and profitability analyses.
• Integrate financials into Snowflake/Qlik and automate manual processes.
• Ensure consistent financial logic in coordination with BI and Accounting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in controlling or FP&A, ideally in a digital marketplace or e-commerce environment.
• Strong FP&A skills: integrated planning, driver models, scenario analyses, and forecasting processes.
• Ability to translate complex financial relationships into clear recommendations.
• Experience with FP&A tools (Pigment, Board, etc.) and BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, etc.).
• Proactive, structured work style with a desire to develop processes and structures.
• Very good German and English language skills.
