• Analyze key business metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on restaurant performance and customer behavior.
• Develop data models and dashboards for business performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product, and Sales teams.
• Support pricing strategies and market expansion analysis.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards in BI tools.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports summarizing business performance.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to turn data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription revenue models.
• Experience with large datasets and statistical analysis.
• Experience in technology, fintech, or e-commerce analytics is a plus.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred.
