Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing Data Science & Engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy ML models that power our cutting-edge technologies like voice ordering, prediction algorithms, and customer-facing analytics. You’ll collaborate closely with data engineers, backend engineers, and product managers to take models from prototyping through to production, continuously improving accuracy, scalability, and maintainability.

In Short

• Design and build ML models using PyTorch, Gemini, and Amazon SageMaker.
• Build robust feature pipelines and extract, clean, and transform data.
• Run A/B tests and analyze model performance for improvements.
• Own the entire modeling lifecycle from feature creation to model maintenance.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for model performance issues.
• Collaborate with teams to implement solutions and mentor junior engineers.
• Document model architecture and present findings to stakeholders.
• Work remotely and be flexible to work during US hours.
• 5+ years of industry experience required.
• Proficient in Python and cloud ML platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in ML model development.
• Proven experience with production-grade ML models.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication skills.
