Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing Data Science & Engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy ML models that power our cutting-edge technologies like voice ordering, prediction algorithms, and customer-facing analytics. You’ll collaborate closely with data engineers, backend engineers, and product managers to take models from prototyping through to production, continuously improving accuracy, scalability, and maintainability.

In Short

• Design and build next-generation ML models.
• Use advanced tools like PyTorch, Gemini, and Amazon SageMaker.
• Work primarily on Google Cloud or AWS platforms.
• Build robust feature pipelines and engineer features.
• Run A/B tests and analyze model performance.
• Own the entire modeling lifecycle end-to-end.
• Implement logging and monitoring for model drift.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams.
• Mentor junior engineers on ML engineering best practices.
• Produce clear documentation for model architecture.

Requirements

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Strong understanding of feature engineering techniques.
• Ability to define metrics and run experiments.
• Proficiency in regression models like XGBoost and LightGBM.
• Experience with TensorFlow/Keras.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining ML models.
• Ability to document technical processes clearly.
