Requirements

• 7+ years in operations or compliance teams, preferably in fintech.
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction payroll tax filing.
• Experience leading FTEs and contractors.
• Proven track record in process improvement.
• Strong judgment in escalation handling.
• Experience with payroll platforms or tax software.
• Curiosity about AI tools to improve workflows.
