Overview

As a Strategic Procurement Specialist for Packaging Materials, you will collaborate with innovative teams and make impactful decisions in the EMEA region.

In Short

• Act as the primary commercial contact for Packaging in the EMEA region.
• Lead price and contract negotiations.
• Drive projects focusing on cost reduction and efficiency.
• Conduct research on market trends for raw materials.
• Identify and implement solutions for price negotiation and supplier management.
• Foster relationships with the Packaging Engineering Team and suppliers.
• Travel requirement of 10-15% of the time.
• Work in a hybrid pattern with at least 1 day in the office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, ideally in Packaging.
• Ability to implement procurement strategies.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a positive approach.
• Project Management Skills.
• Financial acumen with business analytics comfort.
• Knowledge of SAP MM module.
