The Plant Human Resources Supervisor at 3M will play a key role in ensuring compliance with work procedures and regulations, while also supporting quality, safety, and environmental policies at the San Luis Potosí plant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.

  • Negotiation skills.
  • Teamwork and proactive attitude.
  • Asertive communication skills.
