CIR Analyst – Issue Resolution - Remote

Overview

The CIR Analyst is responsible for managing customer complaints and issues from creation to closure, ensuring effective resolution through analysis and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 2-3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Experience with customer issue resolution processes.
• Willingness to follow ANZ Time zone hours.
