Remote Asset Resolution Analyst

Overview

The Asset Resolution Analyst will manage a portfolio of non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loans and REO in a remote work environment.

In Short

• Manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio.
• Conduct proactive portfolio management in accordance with performance standards.
• Monitor commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure activities.
• Direct and liaise with attorneys and collection agencies.
• Negotiate and prepare settlement agreements.
• Maintain delinquency and loss mitigation reporting.
• Perform comprehensive analysis of debtors' financial positions.
• Facilitate negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Assist in budget preparation for the Asset Resolution Department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
• Experience in managing non-performing loans.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data.
