Overview

The Financial Application Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and optimization of the firm’s financial systems, with a strong emphasis on Aderant Expert. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the Expert platform—ensuring stability, data integrity, security, and effective use across billing, accounting, and related operational workflows.

• Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Aderant Expert.
• Support end users across billing, accounting, and related functions.
• Administer security and role-based access for the application.
• Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and vendor interactions.
• Create and maintain application documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting financial applications.
• Hands-on experience with Aderant Expert.
• Knowledge of billing and accounting workflows.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for complex applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Intermediate SQL skills for validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with application upgrades and release management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
