Overview

As an Associate Partner in Clinical Documentation Integrity at Chartis, you will lead complex projects aimed at improving quality, patient safety, and clinical documentation improvement, while contributing to firm-building efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Nursing preferred.
• RN required with clinical experience and CDI background.
• CCDS certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in a hospital/health system.
• Advanced clinical expertise and knowledge of disease processes.
• Knowledge of coding rules and guidelines.
• Understanding of regulatory systems and Medicare Part A.
• Ability to conduct medical record reviews.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
