Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Charlie Health, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks, contributing to our mission of connecting the world to life-saving mental health treatment.

In Short

Architect, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and scaling.
Implement security best practices across infrastructure.
Work alongside product engineering teams.
Drive reliability and cost-efficiency improvements.
Mentor and train other engineers.
Participate in on-call rotations.
Improve developer velocity and happiness.
Handle security incidents and system outages.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.
3+ years of expertise with AWS services.
Strong proficiency in Terraform/OpenTofu.
Experience with Linux system administration.
Proficiency with Bash, Python, or Golang.
Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration tools.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in on-call rotations.
