• Utilize software tools to manipulate, validate, and update large datasets.
• Manage the development process of dashboards including requirements gathering, development, testing, and delivery.
• Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Manage ticketing queue and support requests for ad-hoc data analysis.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Set and manage KPIs for sales.
• Develop executive ready reporting and visualizations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.

• Improve forecast modeling based on historical data.

Requirements

• CS degree in an IT related field.
• 3+ years of proficiency in data manipulation, e.g., SQL and Python.
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, or similar software.
• Direct experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
• Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large data sets.
• Ability to understand business customer needs and abstract them into data product requirements.
• Excellent excel and presentation skills.
• Experience in developing reports to align with pre-defined metrics.
• Exemplary analytical skills.
