Senior Growth Manager, RWA - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Growth Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with Chainlink’s ecosystem to build out the Institutional marketplace and owning the strategy and execution for onboarding and expanding Institutional adoption at scale.

In Short

• Identify FinTech/TradFi use cases where Chainlink's core solutions can provide value.
• Present FinTech/TradFi with a fully integrated distribution strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of institutional DeFi initiatives.
• Attend industry events to represent CLL and build brand awareness.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients about blockchain-based investment vehicles.
• Develop tailored proposals and product demonstrations for institutional audiences.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to co-develop tokenised products.
• Identify ecosystem advantages that align with client use cases.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of FinTech, TradFi and DeFi.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
• Experience with web3 technologies and tokenisation workflows.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for institutional DeFi.
• Ability to discuss technical aspects of blockchain technology.
• Experience in putting together multi-partite deals.

Preferred Requirements

• Tokenisation industry expertise.
• Experience selling solutions to Financial Market Infrastructures.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
