In Short

• Collaborate on key platform and infrastructure initiatives critical to the success of the greater Chainalysis team.
• Build strong partnerships with platform engineering teams to help influence technical decisions to mitigate risks while continuing to scale our infrastructure.
• Improve the operational rhythm of the R&D team, including Engineering, Product, Design, and Research.
• Partner closely with other functions including HR, Legal, Finance, GTM to communicate status of high visibility projects.
• Leverage cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence the team’s roadmaps.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical program or project manager role supporting engineering infrastructure teams.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure technologies like AWS or similar.
• Multiple years of experience driving projects end-to-end.
• Outstanding communication skills and experience working with technical leadership.
• Able to adapt to a high growth environment where the business changes rapidly.
• Knowledge of SCRUM Methodologies with SCRUM certification(s), is a plus.
