This role manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of several assigned accounts as a client partner.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring proactive communication and relationship management.
  • Manage client expectations to foster productive and effective working partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities within current accounts through strong client relationships and strategic insights.
  • Manage budget tracking and ensure clear communication with the client.
  • Responsible for managing daily account work on assigned brand(s).
  • Facilitate and lead tactical meetings and discussions.
  • Establish strong working relationships with all day-to-day functional team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, deliver, and present assigned work.
  • May have opportunities to manage and/or mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Prior healthcare, biopharma, or life science agency experience.
  • Strong facilitator/leader in meetings.
  • Ability to manage tricky or complex client conversations.
  • Extensive knowledge of assigned client(s) business.
  • Base understanding of omnichannel marketing concepts and campaigns.
