Overview

The Sales Operations and Contracts Specialist at Cepheid plays a critical role in supporting the Canadian Sales Team by acting as a liaison between Sales and Corporate Groups, ensuring efficient processes and accurate contracting.

• Support the Canadian Sales Team in various administrative tasks.
• Create and process quotes and draft agreements.
• Coordinate the RFP response process.
• Manage contract and pricing lifecycles.
• Report on KPIs and draft processes and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Work remotely from Canada.

• Engage in ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in sales support or contract administration.
• Proficiency in French for effective communication.
• Experience with SAP and/or SFDC is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Canadian Healthcare landscape is advantageous.
