Overview

The Senior Accountant (AR and Billing Specialist) will oversee the company’s accounts receivable and billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, prompt payments, and efficient management of outstanding accounts.

• Manage the accounts receivable process and billing cycle.
• Analyze aging reports and coordinate with collections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or similar certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing.
• Experience with billing systems and accounting software required.
• Proven experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.
