Overview

We have an opportunity to join the Alliance as a Lead Payer Analytics Consultant in the Payment Strategy Department.

In Short

• Functions as a strategic consultant to Alliance executive leadership in complex managed care payer financial modeling.
• Advises on organizational decision making through complex financial analysis.
• Acts as subject matter expert collaborating with stakeholders to achieve reimbursement objectives.
• Leads and mentors subordinate staff.
• Requires experience with complex medical payor modeling and reimbursement strategies.
• Knowledge of healthcare financial statements and accounting principles.
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
• Remote work option available for California residents.

Requirements

• Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
• Understanding of provider reimbursement methodologies and pricing.
• Experience with Medicare and Medi-Cal is a plus.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong communication skills to build productive relationships.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce organized work under pressure.
• Eight years of experience in healthcare reimbursement analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare.
