Overview

As an IT Service Desk Analyst at Centorrino Technologies, you will provide first-level support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems, while delivering exceptional customer service.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to clients as the first point of contact.
  • Resolve tickets through troubleshooting or escalation.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Work on a shift basis covering hours between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.
