Alphanumeric is hiring an ITS Service Desk Analyst based in India for a full-time remote job. You will provide polite and professional support to external customers and clients, documenting and tracking all incoming calls for immediate remedy and closure.

Requirements

• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1-year IT support experience.
• A+ certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and O365.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
