In Short

• Responsible for assessing internal allegations and compliance-related complaints.
• Investigates allegations regarding compliance concerns and risks.
• Prepares reports and findings for various stakeholders.
• Serves as a champion for compliance culture within the organization.
• Oversees the Compliance Investigation Unit and Ethics Point hotline.
• Collaborates with federal and state regulators.
• Develops and revises policies and procedures for investigations.
• Promotes cross-departmental collaboration to mitigate compliance risks.
• Ensures prompt investigation of regulatory complaints.
• Manages resources effectively and promotes a positive team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• Master's Degree or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in compliance investigations.
• 7+ years of management experience required.
• Experience resolving Medicaid and Medicare compliance issues.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction preferred.
