The Vice President of Corporate Innovation will lead innovation efforts at CSAA Insurance Group, focusing on identifying and developing future growth opportunities and managing a portfolio of innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years in corporate innovation management.

• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to create a collaborative and psychologically safe environment.
• Self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Experience in regulated industries like insurance or banking.
