Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of quality improvement or healthcare-related experience.
• Working knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS requirements preferred.
• 4+ years analyzing healthcare quality data preferred.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries and data interpretation.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
• Ability to adapt and meet KPIs.
• Experience using various communication methods.
