Overview

As a Product Communications Specialist II at Centene, you will play a crucial role in developing and producing Medicare regulatory materials to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations while supporting the CNC Medicare Solutions portfolio nationwide.

In Short

• Develop and produce Medicare regulatory materials.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Work with materials automation platform for document generation.
• Perform audits of benefits, language, and content.
• Support Senior Specialists and Managers with language updates.
• Develop errata documents and ad hoc member communications.
• Participate in cross-functional committees for compliance.
• Act as a project lead in Medicare material development.
• Monitor compliance activities and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain department communication policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Prior experience developing Medicare member communications preferred.
• Some experience acting as a subject matter expert or team lead preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Less than 20% travel may be required.
