Manager, Clinical Program for Housing and Employment - Remote

Overview

As a clinical professional on our Medical Management/Health Services team, you will manage a team dedicated to assisting members in securing housing and employment services, contributing to their overall health and wellbeing.

In Short

• Manage a team focused on housing and employment services for members.
• Coordinate activities related to Serious Mental Illness support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training for team members.

• Engage with providers and delegated groups.
• Work in a fully remote capacity while residing in Arizona.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on program implementation.
• Manage compliance with SAMHSA Evidence Based Practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in managed care.
• Strong knowledge of operational and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in leading managed care programs.
• Ability to analyze data and track performance metrics.
• Proven leadership skills in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with SAMHSA practices is a plus.
