Overview

The Lead Tech Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing business systems and processes for Centene, leveraging advanced technical support and analysis to optimize operations for our 28 million members.

In Short

• Provides in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for business systems/applications.
• Analyzes company functions to improve computer-based business applications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in relevant programming (SAS, SQL, VB.NET, Oracle).
• 3+ years of experience in related business analysis.
• 1+ year of experience in Healthcare preferred.
• Experience in developing system design documents and project plans.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to mediate different department demands.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in ASP/ASP.NET preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
