Overview

DSFederal Inc, is seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Data Analyst who will be responsible for data analytics, risk assessment, policy analysis, and monitoring protocol development for the federal grantee monitoring and data management program within a complex IT services environment.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data analytics frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis and risk assessment.
• Expertise in statistical programming and survey methodology.
• Experience in machine learning platforms.
• Understanding of NLP techniques.
• Experience with federal grant monitoring systems.
• Expertise in data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages.
• Direct experience in data automation.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
