Lead IAM Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Lead IAM Engineer will lead the Identity and Access Management systems and solutions, using technology to improve health outcomes for Centene's 28 million members.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
• Implement secure, scalable MFA systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with Active Directory, Okta, Ping, Duo, Azure AD.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing Security and IDaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols: OAuth2, Open ID Connect, SAML, LDAP.
• Intermediate analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Technical aptitude and excellent judgment.
• Certifications such as CIAM, CIST, CAMS, CISSP, or CISM preferred.
