Lead Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re Terem, a tech product development and strategy firm. We are looking for a Lead Engineer with a passion for Product Development to join our team. This is a role that requires leadership and technical acumen. It will involve working inside a 4 person team that is building a suite of new products for our client to launch to their existing customers. While the new products are greenfields there will involve significant integration with other systems. It’ll be an exciting opportunity to help build something that will be used by thousands of users across the world.

Requirements

• 4+ years working React / Node.
• 4+ years working with other languages (language agnostic).
• 7+ years in software engineering.
• Experience with building highly performing systems with incredible front ends.
• Experience in leading engineering teams.
• Experience in breaking down complex work into manageable tickets.
